We believe that true growth is not a program, but a life cycle. Therefore, we formulate better ways of growing people and organizations by adhering to the great parable of the “Good Tree“
I. EFFORT & RESULTS: THE JOURNEY OF A TREE
We plant the seed of Truth (T), viewing every individual wholly according to their Noble Purpose. From that seed, we anchor the roots of Generosity (G), building a foundation of sincere trust and awareness. Upon it, we raise the trunk of Intelligence (I), designing solid capabilities, then branching out with creative Actions (K). Until in due time, this effort bears the Result (R) that we accept with complete sincerity as a gift.
II. LEARNING: THE ART OF SELF-REFLECTION
Every result is a mirror. Thus, we commit to contemplation, retracing our steps to find wisdom:
– Through Review (K), we examine the results objectively.
– Through Retrospection (I), we understand the process behind it.
– Through Reflection (G), we delve into the intentions within our hearts.
– Through Contemplation (T), we achieve a new, higher consciousness.
III. REAWAKENING: THE PROMISE TO GROW AGAIN
This new consciousness triggers a Reawakening. We consciously Rebuild (K) our foundation, strengthen our Recommitment (I) to the purpose, and feel a Renewal (G) of spirit throughout the soul of the organization.
IV. TRANSCENDENCE: RETURNING TO A HIGHER POINT
From this energy of renewal, we are ready to transcend, to leap to a higher level of consciousness to restart the cycle of Effort with a Truth that is stronger, clearer, and wiser than before, in an eternal spiral of growth.
CLOSING: THE TRUE DEFINITION OF GROWTH
